The small vent hole on the side of my shoebox is venting a small amount of air during operation. I believe the problem is the very small O-ring that sits inside the space where the vent knob is located. Anyone know what size 0-ring I need for replacement. It is NOT the burst disk.

Mine used to do this it got grease build up I think there is a check valve in it I remove the bleeder screw and sprayed in wd 40 and blew it out with compressed air did it several times and then I quit using the bleader and only bled air off at the tanks

I believe that is where the bleeder releases the air after filling so I sprayed in the wd 40 from sid and it blew out the front it quit leaking after doing this several times

I think I still have an exploded view diagram saved in my photos if I can find it..not sure if it will help you... is yours the F10?

I have an older model complete running “Shoebox Max” (Pre-F8 iirc?) I am considering parting with if anyone may be interested. I can throw in a OEM full reseal kit that fits Max, F8, and F10 iirc.

There was a thread about a month or so ago by someone searching for the cylinders. If you're willing to part yours out, or just selling to that person, maybe try a search in this forum?

Yes, but you likely don't need the entire assembly, only the O-Rings. I believe that those O-Rings are the same size as the small piston requires, which is a size 006.

Thanks for all the replies, im going to flush with ballistol and blow out with air to see if that cleans the gunk out of the vent assembly. Ill post the thread with the results.
