Another newbie question

I own a 22disco love the gun but got bite by the bug😄I was at this shop and fell in love with a Air Force escape SS in 25 cal .The shop owner did seem to know to much about this weapon.my main concerns are what would be the useabl shot count is it back yard friendly and how difficult would it be to top the tank off after let's say 15 shots? Thanks in advance Ron

Yote, I responded to your other post about the Escape SS. I will past it below.I just got the Escape ss about 2 months ago. It is a great hunting rifle. it is extremely light and carry friendly. As far as the accuracy I am getting half inch groups at 50 yards with a shooting stick. Of course you get fliers now and again. The sound is very back yard friendly. The impact is louder than the firing after I made a few adjustments. I have the power set on 8.1 with the o ring behind the top hat. I adjusted the top hat down to about 3/16 of an inch. This doubled my shot count. With this combo I am getting about 25 shots before changing POI. I don’t have a chrony yet but I am looking to get one soon. Then I can really dial this in. I fill mine with a hand pump the initial fill was about 300 pumps to get to 3000psi. I refill at 2000psi and it takes about 75 pumps. Very manageable. Like I said it is good for hunting I don’t need any more than 25 shots. Plinking is a pain in the butt. 25 shots stinks when you just want to shoot stuff. I am very satisfied with this rifle.Eddie
