Another new guy

Hi folks. Figured I better join since I just ordered a Hatsan .25 cal Bullboss. I have no doubt I'm gonna need some help when I start tinkering with it.



A little about me: Born in Mississippi, I'm 64 years young. I served in the Navy for 8 years, then worked for the Corps of Engineers till i retired. The wife and I moved to the Arkansas Ozarks in 2004. Long time powder burner and new air gunner. I've had a couple of gas piston guns for a few months (.17 and .22) and have had a blast with them. Time to move up.

Welcome! What is it with us 60+year old guys & airguns? I just (5 minutes ago) got back from 4.5 hrs hunting ground squirrels. Let me know when you get overboard with this new addiction. I'm starting an airgun rehab. Welcome to the circus!

Welcome to the insanity … I'm 69 and there are lots and lots of people in our age group on this forum, you are NOT alone. So just have a seat, take your shoes off and sit a spell. RM100Guy, I knew the America well. Went over and helped your tech with a radar problem once. We unrepped (underway replenishment) you guys in the med in '78 and '79 when I was on the Detroit. Small world.
