Another mulberry thief bites the dust

I agree. Cardinals & robins are pretty intuitive. But starlings seem to be a lot dumber? Or just don't care about what they do versus repercussions? Scads of them around here. Lots of pin oaks in this area, but not too many squirrels? Just rabbits, starlings & some ducks. One coyote I saw in the backyard last year was big!

Starlings seem pretty smart to me. Robins are dumb; they let people get much closer than Starlings do.

The thing about Starlings is that when they're on the ground where they're safe to shoot, they never stop moving.

Not too many squirrels, eh? Because you thinned them down a bit maybe? ;) Well anyway, trust me, rabbits are better.
