"Smaug"
I also made myself late to work.
Ditto. I give the robins, cardinals and other native birds a pass. But squirrels, English Sparrows and European Starlings had better watch out."unionrdr"A main reason for buying the Winchester 1400CS. Dang starlings, robins & cardinals are eating all my mulberries before & can pick'em.
Starlings seem pretty smart to me. Robins are dumb; they let people get much closer than Starlings do."unionrdr"I agree. Cardinals & robins are pretty intuitive. But starlings seem to be a lot dumber? Or just don't care about what they do versus repercussions? Scads of them around here. Lots of pin oaks in this area, but not too many squirrels? Just rabbits, starlings & some ducks. One coyote I saw in the backyard last year was big!
