Another Iguana in the backyard, 50 yards

The video quality is garbage, I don't know if that was because it was getting dark or if I messed up with the video settings on the phone, but here I'm posting an iguana that I dispatched today in my backyard. The shot was at around 50 yards. JSB King 25gr

This iguanas are super tough, you see how after that shot it moves, amazing! Because this is the shot up close

Some people like them, I haven't try them and I'll only in an emergency, but in some cultures this is considered a super food, given to those that are ill for a faster recovery.

Yes, they said they taste like chicken, and the back legs and the tail are good, but some said they have a bit of fish taste, I don't know man, maybe because I kill them and I see how ugly they are... give me a steak!

Hmmm, I have heard Iguana stew is quite good when cooked with the right vegetables.

That looks like a big enough iguana to make for a serious lizard-burger!
I'm a picky eater, but, I've eaten worse.. haha 
I'd have to try either grinding into burger, mixing it with ground-beef, 
or - maybe giving iguana speedies a whirl.. That'd probably be Really Good. 

Marinade in a mixture of oil, vinegar salt, pepper, maybe some beer/wine for 1 to 3 days.. 
Then skewer and bbq.. MMM!! I'm getting hungry just thinking about that!!
