In the heat of the moment I decided to give into the Impact pin probe hype, I mean, at this stage of my sorry Airgun journey I felt I had to at least try one...
So here are 12x9 shot groups from 245 bar to 140bar, barrel just patched wormed, 94 bar reg, valve at about 2.5 lines and hammer preload at 18.3
I shake because I am old, I think the inconsistency is the shooter, groups start at bottom right, as usually, indoor range at 100 yards, target grid is 1 square foot.
I should be happy with just 5 shot groupings, but indoors it might be considered cheating, so 1 out of 12 moa groups! It’s not easy and it doesn’t happen every day, but it does keep me coming back!
