After 6 weeks parts finally arrived from Fx.
Story started w/blown reg hsng. Oring. I overfilled it. It was a slow steady leak i ordered parts from Fx .never came. Ordered seal kit from ebay. My first attempt@replacing housing oring. Leaked wide open. Feared i had damaged housing getting o ring out. (Hard). And hard back in.
Put her away as lost cause. Shazaam got complete regulator and oring kit from Fx. NO CHARGE, THANKS FX. Thought I'd give her another try. Watch mr. Rowe a couple times and surgery started again.
11 belleviile washers to big for my housing. Reg to big for housing. So i pieced parts together. New rod with no grooves.15 original washers ( stacked correctly). After 30 minutes fighting that @#$%'%& oring. She came together.
Air her up adjusted reg fired her off 3 times set her on the bench overnite. Air and reg pressure all steady. Danced a little jig and smiled all the way to the coffee shop!
Now to tune Annie , see if she holds and then stack her up side by side with my new CRICKET. If she holds , results to follow.
