BTW, the notos cheek welds as a pistol GREAT if you remove the rear picatinny rail section.

Mount a low-profile pistol red dot on it, far forward, and you've got a very special setup for minimal POI shifts.

Same with the Gamo Urban or BSA Coyote the mags don’t intrude on low mounted scopes.

And talking about "magazine clearance and scope height, through trial and error I settled on these Monstrum mounts on my Crown that just fit both the FX mag and the STUD mag.

I didn't see any comments about us folks wearing progressive lenses, I've got a Maverick, I happen to like Bull Pups, BUT with low profile rings it's a touch hard with my glasses, so, I got some adjustable rings, height only not angle, and raised them up about 1/4". Does the trick. Just my .05¢ (.02¢ adjusted for inflation).

I have to mount mine with high rings so my magazines will clear.

Mounting it low on my bullpup drastically changes it’s handling characteristics.
Granted I had to remove the check rest but the bull feels much like a carbine with a low low mount.

Also my ranges are closer upto 50.y , So no issues with turrets maxing out

Before in the “ Stratosphere” Didn’t handle as well at all

Found the perfect size (length and height) picatinny rail for my P-Rod.
