I don't know what the official limit is according to FX but I've had mine up over 180BAR testing slugs one day. No problems at all. I know people complain about FX regulators, including the AMP but I haven't had a problem with the AMP regulator in my Crown or my Impact MKII. I think they work great, even up past 180BAR, although I only had it up that high for a partial day of shooting and then put it back at 160BAR.

Highest I've had mine was ~205 (the one time I failed to dial it back after depressurizing). I'm fairly certain that 170bar is the high water mark for what FX recommends max. I was changing reg o-rings more frequently in the Crown when I had it above 170.
