Well rebuilding M3 amp regs for a friend and swapping out to the power block was able to pop out the derlin and turned down some peek and put it in the end using a small hammer still have to finish it with 1500 grit wet dry yet
Thanks for the tip I'll have to get some more sand paperThat's a nice upgrade worth doing for those with the tools and skills. For what it's worth, I like to carry the finish out to at least 3000 grit unless the orifice cone is fairly sharp, otherwise it will take somewhere between a long time and forever to break in and stop creeping.

Thanks for your reply, did not realise it was that simpleI don't know what you want a drawing of I just used a dental pick to pop out the derlin on the rear of the reg piston turned some peek I had down to just over the size of the hole and pounded it in with a small hammer and started sanding it down I left it way long so i could tap it into place
