Last night I Cerakoted the aluminum air reservoir and used Turtle Wax to coat the inside of the tube to keep it from oxidizing. I put it all together last night, pumped it up to 3kpsi and it has a slow leak. Time to test where the leak is then finish the nylon hammer, captured hammer spring and enlarged porting. Fully assembled it's 1.5# lighter than a Gen 1 Mrod.
The jig to hold the reservoir while I Cerakoted it and to hold it inside the oven so it doesn't touch the inside walls. A VERY tight fit, maybe 1/4" away.

Yes, very nice work! 
I used a wooden dowel rod on the steel air tube, like a corn cob holder, for blueing, and had the same fitment issue in the oven.
