Anybody use one of these on their Impact or is it better to install a traditional bubble level on the scope tube? Looking for feedback if you have any to share, thanks.

I prefer a scope-mounted level because it can be adjusted to show proper level. It adds a step but it gives me the confidence everything is set up correctly.

Agreed, that is all I use for the same reason. This, however, looks to be adjustable. I will say I think I would need the gun in a vice to loosen the rail screws in order to adjust, the scope mounted ones are pretty easy to set up. It would be nice to have an adjustable level that isn't hiding anything on the scope knobs or conversely hidden by the scope knobs, depending on your set-up. But is this aluminum or plastic? I wont add plastic to one of my guns unless it is the only option for something I "need".

I have a powder burner that has a level built into the stock , i can look thru the scope or just glance down and see this level at the rear of the receiver . also have a scope mounted level but have to move my head to see it .
