Airmaks moderator vs Huma

Thanks, it's just a small Airmaks keymod to picatinny adapter that Utah AG sells. $30! It was sent to me by mistake instead of a UIT adapter (Caiman stuff) so they let me keep it.

The Katran is a smooth operating and accurate rifle.14 shots at 35yds with the Arken Zulus.

Nice! I will have to look into the adapter. I believe it! I'm gonna have to start recording my shots, just last week I managed to shoot 9 iguana hatchling consecutive at 54 yds without using an entire carm mag which hold 13 shots. They were about 6-8 in length and the heads on them are between dime and nickel size, nickel size from a side profile and dime sizsd from a rear or front view.

@JaceSpace1369 please, I can’t get how you fixed the bipod on your Krait?
It seems really minimalistic and light.
I’m waiting for my Krait and contrary to U2, made heavy for long range- I’ll try to keep my her as light as possible.
TIA 🙏
S.
On the katran I ended using a Saber Tactical bottle clamp to use a bipod. Got confused for a sec there, but you can use the same attachment to fix bipods to the krait bottles.

Oh yes sorry, it’s on your Katran 👍
It’s so thin that I can’t even see a difference between the bottle’s and the clamp’s diameters.
Thank you for info, I’ll definitely look into that ST clamp.
Stay sharp,
S.

Yeah, I realized I had to zoom in all the way, and even then you could still barely tell that there's an attachment lol. Let me know how it works for you.

I will let you know, although at first (when Krait finally arrives), I will mount only a small arca tripod mount on that lower picatinny rail and use it on my 20-37cm Weyllan mini carbon tripod with 52mm fine tension-adjustable ballhead (still waiting for that BH too).
Only thing is, knowing me- I'll start pushing more range and for that- tripod near the center of the balance is just not a too lucky solution accuracy wise. But I'll post that setup the moment I get it ready.
Then... next step - lightest detachable bipod possible without contact with the shroud, on top end of the Krait.
Man... I planned everything, I "just" still don't have my Krait :ROFLMAO:
Stay sharp
