Read another post of reg issues pertaining to this guns launch back last november. Has airmaks made the improvements? Has the performance come in line with the pricetag? Owners, how has it been?

The first gun I received in December was a POS. It was returned immediately. The second gun has been fine and a pleasure to shoot, it has the gen 2 reg.

Mine's been great. It's a second sale batch gun (Krait short).
Even put a digital gauge in the regulator position to keep tight track of it. Yes...it leaks...BUT, I wouldn't call 1 bar a...leak in these things !!!
1 bar = 14.5 psi, so no...int in the real life scheme of things.

P.s. - Thinking about it, it's never even leaked a "full" (14.5 psi) bar !

I have a Caiman also. They call it green but its a dark brown laminate with a green tint. Another great shooter.

I had a Krait L in .25. Once ironed out it was way too lame for the price. An original Leshiy with a 250mm barrel produces more power in a .25.
