FINALLY ! Outstanding news!! We all now have a Custom builder in the U.S. ( other then a boutique dealer taking unknown years to make one off's) and it's about time. Some in the U.S. may not realize many other Countries have had custom builder for as long as airguns and now we have Martin of Airguns-USA , #1.
Understand I have NO information about His business or business model these days. Havent spokane to Him in much to long but as I no longer shoot FT in TN I've not seen him in a good while. Have been to the RAW shop and purchased a couple of RAW rifles. ( HM1000 .22 and a HM1000x .30).
IMO ( just mine eh?) Martin is a consummate professional, a VERY rare thing these days. Not the type to rush anything to market unlike SO many airgun companies these days.
And he knows his sthuffff! Not just " an airgun" as we might see it but rather more like when you look at the Can of Beans do you see the can of beans? Or that plus, the lable, envision the moleculars of the metal in the can, figure changes ..... .... .... . The guy is sharp, and to me a true Artisan of his craft.
Now since the day he opened in the U.S. he could make a pallet of any RAW airgun ( say all .177 TM1000's) agree to ship them over seas and all sold in 1 ( one ) day. One easy ( well simple maybe or straight forward) production run & the 100 QC Martin requires of himself.
He can also build some awesome custom rigs! I personally have seen at least one airgun NO airgunner I've ever met would have even dreamed of existing. And we all now about the Bluing & Wood & such.
I have the feeling he has always wanted to do really Custom work, not hold up a production run because someone wanted a different color Stock - that's NOT a custom order, just an out of inventory order whic to ME would be a pain in the butt- and I would think now he will be able to make a dream come true.
A Dream come true ( hopefully for him ) to make custom airguns, and a Draen come true for anyone in the U.S. that knows what a custom rigs is and wants one.

And we still get RAW's and............................... Theobens are coming back ( !!!!!!! I WANT ONE ! LOVE Bolt action ), with, Martin's hand inspected QC!
And we now have a U.S. based builder that can do as much/more custom work than the only other custom tuner in the States.
This is the first time ever we in the U.S. can hope to get a Custom airgun .
Congratulations to Martin & Sandra , greatly looking forward to what comes next.
