I ordered an RWS Diana 48 about a month ago from AOA. After receiving the rifle and sending maybe 20 pellets down range it was obvious the gun just didn’t fit me. I sent AOA an email asking if they would allow me to exchange the 48 for a Weihrauch HW95. I really didn’t expect them to say yes but they agreed to the exchange with me paying the difference and for return shipping. I’m thrilled with the HW95 and with AOA’s customer service. Anyone looking to buy an airgun would be well served buying from this company and they have a customer for life in me.
