Hey guys, was wondering if any of you have dealt with Rick over at Airgunproshop? If so, how was your customer service experience? I haven’t dealt with him before but I’ve watched a few of his videos on YouTube.
I have sent a couple of email requests with questions about stuff I’m interested in purchasing and I’ve gotten no response. It’s hard to call in because of my work hours.
I’m wondering if I should just skip them as a vendor? It’s kind of weird to me that in this day and age that a vendor can’t answer emails.
