What have I done now?
My back ground is black, but apparently only on this sight?

"Threads" Feed & "Dark" Mode

If you missed the large red Notice at the top of the home page... If you dismissed the Notice you can revert back to a traditional "Forum List" view, and/or Light mode click your Avatar > Account (person with cog wheel) > Preferences.

On the mobile version if you scroll to the bottom of the page you’ll see a dark mode toggle. Just tap it.

And if you switch it off the background becomes white.

You can change your default back to "Forum List"
