I went to airgun depot to buy a bunch of tins of JSB 33.95gr and could not get the cart to give me free tins. Last time I bought from them the cart automatically added the free tins. Did thy stop doing this and if so then where is the best place to buy pellets now? I noticed thy have a 10% off sale but I would rather get the free tins of pellets, it’s why I buy from them.

? If they did then its a pretty recent change. I just bought some about two weeks ago (H&N Slugs) and I got the buy 4 get the 5th for free ( or whatever it is ... thinking in head now - visualizing being at home ... ). Yeah - I got 5 tins when they showed up.

I don't see it anymore either. PA still does the order 4 / pay for 3 thing which was always better anyway. And the per tin price is (at least for the pellets you mention) is lower.

Thats different than tins deals. But I will say that my last order, 2 weeks ago, for 170 did.

dont know what u mean. PA ALWAYS....did i say ALWAYS...have free shipping on all orders over $150. So dont know what u mean u didnt qualify for free shipping. Also use nation20 for 10% off.

Depending on what you are looking for, try Trenier Outdoors. His prices are lower than PA and AGD and even with the buy 3 get one free and 10% off, my last order of pellets from Trenier Outdoors was less than the same order would have been from PA, and I had them within a few days, not 2 weeks to a month later...

Thanks for the heads up. The Air Arms .177 heavies are also $2 more there and no 4th tin free. So I just placed another order for 16 tins at Pyramyd in anticipation of price increases.

Trenier is cheaper for pellets if the PA doesn't have free shipping.
AoA used to be cheap for pellets.

I must have gotten lucky or got my order in just under the wire. Got 10% off and free shipping on 16 tins of AA pellets yesterday. But Damn, I missed out on the free pellet pen! Also, Pyramyd has recently started to charge CA state tax on orders. Its fair but it was also nice to not have to pay that....

When did you place your order? I don’t remember exactly when I discovered that PA and AGD weren’t offering the free shipping and the 10% discount anymore. I was very disappointed that that deal went away.

My last order, while relatively small, was from Trenier. It was kinda refreshing to just order what I wanted/needed and not feel like I had to buy excess just to get a “deal” Also, product was actually in stock and was shipped right away. The only complaint is lack of variety. Some ammo just not available, period.

maybe just temporary since they are having a big summer sale? if not ill buy from other dealers. their pellet prices are amongst the highest. the free tin made it worth while.

In reality compared to other retailers prices there was never a free tin of pellets ---- the pellet tins at PA n AGD are overpriced.
