Amazon purchases have provided the same results. A couple tins of pellets tossed in a large box and beat to hell during shipping. They did place two air bags in the box... but they were flat as pancakes by the time it arrived to my house. Both tins were dinted and damaged, but luckily I purchased H&N Baracudas and not some flimsy skirt JSB’s, so no damage was caused.
Seller was labeled as “Haendler & Natermann”, but ... who knows for sure the REAL seller. Either way. Not impressed.

I just got an order of pellets in two days ago from Pyramid Air and they were packed like those from Airgun Depot. I thought it was awesome the way they were packed. It was the second order of pellets I've made from them in three weeks and they were all tightly packed that way. It showed me that they actually care that I got my pellets in good condition. Very good job on PA's part. Plus they sent me two Christmas tree ornaments

Every pellet order I've ever received from PA has been packed as noted-very well. Haven't used the others as much.

Got my shipment last week from Airgun Depot and not so much as a dented tin.....you can see their packing foam beside the pellets. This should be the standard for shipping pellets.
