Ok so I just read the field regs for Utah 2023. I believe it is the same as in the past without change in regards to airguns. Big game is only allowed with an airbow that shoots arrows 16 inches or longer at 400 fps or more No other airguns allowed.
Also, furbearers are allowed with any legal means except poison and explosives. So, I assume any airgun is legal with hunting license. Please let me know if I am wrong.

directs the Wildlife Board to designate the species that may be hunted; and requires a review and report regarding funding of the regulation of the use pre-charged pneumatic air rifles."
