Tuning Airforce trigger pin

I recently installed an RMPA Roller trigger and Talon Tunes lighter spring on my Texan .308, getting that pin out was a task without destroying the finish on my rifle.

I assume its a tapered pin like on a powder burner? Does anyone have a method they regularly use with success when removing these? I have to install one of these triggers on my TalonP so just want to pick the pros brains on it before I undertake this one.

Yes, use a punch. I dinged mine up too without a good punch.. You need to punch it out on the side WITH the writing. The spines on the other side of the pin (the side WITHOUT writting.)

That kit seems to be the way to go and for as long as I plan on staying in this hobby, It wont hurt to have the whole thing
