okay so here is the start of this project it ain’t pretty just some rough fitting but it fits surprisingly well 

as you can see I will need to cut the top and slit out for the cocking lever to index properly and Stuff

I was really surprised the 11mm slides matched up with the index slots on the hand guard a little bit of work and it will fit perfectly

If you want a mod worth it's salt, then do a stock mod!
There's tremendous flex in the frame with the end of the bottle against your shoulder at an offset angle.
I would venture a guess and say 2 MOA+ on the frame flex alone.

I made and modified a stock for my Texan frame also. I agree with chickenthief. My stock made a difference in consistency along with a few hours of hand lapping. I like the looks of what you have accomplished. Well done keep us posted
