AirForce Texan Aftermarket Accessories?

Yes Airforce need a stock. I think the biggest improvement is hand lapping or fire lapping the lother walther barrels.. Especially on the big bores. My 50 barrel was horrible!!! It would actually leave slivers of lead throughout the action. Had a huge rough ring 3/4 way down the bore. I wouldn't spend any money on accessories until you now if your barrel will actually shoot without leading up horribly... If your barrel sucks a.stock.won't help you. African Air Ordinance has some nice Airforce accessories as well as Lethal Air...

The stock for my .30 cal is being built by Doug at Mad Dog, and the .50 cal will be right behind it. Mine groups decently with the 388s, but it's a chore with how bad the triggers are on these two rifles. Here are a couple of groups from last week:

Doug at MadDog Stocks has your light precision trigger upgrade ready to ship with your next order. I just installed on in my rifle and it's dropped the trigger weight to a clean crisp 1lb.12oz... huge improvement over stock.
Other than Rocky Mountain Precision Airguns, can anyone recommend any manufacturers of quality accessories for the Airforce Texans?
your options on the Airforce Texan is only limited by your checkbook, or cc in my case… lol

Nice shroud - got a link for it? I can only find bipods from deathgrip

This shroud is a prototype and there are several models that will be available in both glossy and mat finish, we will also have red. These will go into production late 2024. The URL has been purchased, and after design review is complete, the new websight will go live in Q4 of this year. www.DeathGrip.US

Does the 4700psi power kit allow you to fill to 4500 psi or what does it do?

@Arkansas_Airgunner What's that rubber boot looking piece towards the muzzle? I've seen it on some Airforce guns in videos, but I don't know what it does.

The kit allows me to safely run my rifle as high as 325Bar/4713psi with no valve lock. The higher pressures simply launch heavier slugs at a higher velocities than possible with an unmodified rifle. The kit does not like lighter slugs because there is not enough mass to hold the valve open at these pressures. I was messing around and built a mod that partially solves the problem for slugs as light as 250gr, but it's a lot of work for a relatively small small gain in velocity.

Gotcha, so this is something that you likely wouldn't want to out on a talon? That's awesome though!

Yep... It's something you might wish to do for a hunting rifle and maybe for long range target. My rifle is scary accurate and very deadly out to 400 yards, I have also gotten good hits out to 600 yards on steel, but would never take a shot at a hog at that range, as the risk of injuring the animal is too great.

@The Archer Agreed, I wouldn't shoot at an animal from that distance with an air rifle. Mannnn, watching the RMAC videos those guys look like they"re launching mortars the way the rifles are angled at that range. It seems like it's fine to do for target shooting or more specifically ringing steel.

It should be a nice upgrade to my buddies 457 texan carbine then! That's very impressive!
