Been playing with my newest toy, the AirForce Texan. Since I received it from Steve I blew through the 81gr Predators that he sent along. I have since ordered some Air Venturi 127gr flat nose slugs to learn with. I didn't want to buy the best just yet. I'll probably either go with some 105-120gr Neilson swaged slugs since I've heard nothing but good about them. I have visited with Nick a couple times via PM and he's been a big help. Just not a lot of info out there that I have found.
Right now I'm shooting it from about 2650 down to 2200 for 7-8 shots varying form 910-945ish. I shot a 7 shot group yesterday evening at 50yds that I thought wasn't too bad. The first 5 shots were under an inch and the last two were a different story. May sort a few next time and see how it does. It is a blast to shoot though with a pretty good pop!!!
