Tuning Airforce gauges failing

Anyone have any insight or experience with the on tank gauges on air force rifles failing? I've seen 3 fail, all pretty new, say less than an year.



Either the gauge leaks or simply stays stuck in middle of measuring range....

Never had one go bad. I've had 4 different Airforce guns over the years. That includes the two TalonPs currently owned.

Cant trust those small gauges no matter who makes them. I think my AF gauge is off by 500psi or so. I fill to 3000psi tank gauges shows 2500.

Just recently replaced one on an Air Force RAW, which I had purchased used. Gun was less than a year old, but RAW warranties don't transfer past the first owner.

Wondered why the gun wasn't shooting very well when gauge still showed 150 bar in the tank. But it was because the gauge had an 'unusual' zero point.

Unfortunately these gauges aren't the more common thread size of many European guns, or I could have replaced it with a Huma gauge I had laying around. Instead had to order from AF/RAW.
