Airforce escape. 25cal

I was wondering if I could put a bigger air tank on this, I do like the small tank for hand pumping, but I would also like to have the option to put a bigger tank on it like the condor? I wanted to get a condor but they have been out of stock for awhile every place I looked, and also this was the best fit for me. I can just get a second tank for this just like the one that is on it if I can ever find on in‐stock. Might just have to pre-pay for one and wait, but I figured if I am gonna get a second tank I would see if I could upgrade to a bigger one for more shots. Thanks for the input

Yes you can swap the tanks. As long as they are both ring lock tanks or as long as they are quick change tanks. I dont know if the valves are the same though. The condor and talon-p share the same valve. Just not sure on the escape.

I am NOT an airforce airgun expert. Most folks seem to believe the Escape and Condor have the HIGH flow valve, not so with the Talon-p. The bottle threads are different, 5/8 thread on the condor and metric on the Escape but both high flow which is why the escape makes the extra power. Might have that wrong?

Ben if you dont have a ring-loc kit I suggest you buy one. Best tuning aid for the airforce platform i have found without opening up the gun. My talon-p in .20 gets over 40 shots at 850+ fps. At 60 shots it's at just above 600 fps and 1000 psi in the bottle.

Maybe Raiden1984 will chime in. He has been playing with AF guns for a while.

Is so with the pistol as I have both, also you should read whats on the airforce, pa and agd web sites.

As you stated you're not an expert.

Pardon me. Please do post your personal knowledge. I do own both but have not taken the valves out and as I do not read "the who hears fps" I was relying on the airforce service dept. saying both the Condor and Escape valves were the same. I would like to know and actual pictures would be excellent tho hard to find.
