dealing with airforce feels like dealing with a small shop, in all of the good ways.

they seem to be getting back to folks much quicker now, but even when backed up, they always take care of any issue i may have, or THINK i have (user error at least once on my part)

buying from an american based manufacturer makes a difference when you live in america!

Agreed on buying American. I can't fault their product.

great way to look at it. i can't imagine being in customer service there. i know i'm not the easiest to deal with when i think there's a big problem, and imagine i'm not the only one.

Yup.. awesome people to do business with...everything I have need from a complete valve to a small screw or spring..they have it ready to go..
