Airforce Condor barrel in .30?

Hey guys, I have a condor with a TJ's .257 barrel and a Doug Noble valve and hammer. 

I was thinking about trying to find a .30 or .308 barrel for it.

I waited a long time when I ordered from Doug and I was wondering if anyone has a suggestion on where I could get one that would not take forever to get here?

I know good things come to those that wait, but if I can get one a little faster it would be nice.

The valve should be powerful enough for a .308 from discussions I had with Doug a few years ago.

In Florida, I can use a .30 for our small deer and although I have a Badger .40 and several other big bores, I would like to be able to use the custom condor if desired.

TalonTunes has an expensive kit for adding a .30 barrel.

Yeah, that one’s a little rich and I just need the barrel and bushings, don’t really need the additional stuff he’s offering.

I've Been making the barrels for Maruaders, Fx Impacts and RTI PREIST I I, using the TJ's liners. I have yet to do a condor barrle and would be interested in adding that line. I would need a good drawing or components to reverse engineer, as I'm not familiar with the condor on that level.

I had a look at the Talon Tunes website. The barrle looks like a tube with Aluminum bushing. Bushing have what appears to be set screw and maybe vent holes. Are there any o-ring grooves inside the breach end? I didn't see any o-ring grooves. Seems like a really straight forward setup.

I don't think so, but I put that barrel in a few years ago. I will have to pull the gun out of the safe and look at it.

I do remember there is a bushing like you are talking about that spaces the barrel in the frame, but I don't think it is really too complicated. 

I think you would have to turn down the breach end, cut the leade in, and machine the spacer. The one I have on it is also threaded with 1/2-20 on the end, which I would want.
