Much like Google Reviews - members are allowed to create (1) unique thread for each vendor/manufacturer. You may "edit" your thread at any time to reflect any changes.
Very courteous and helpful advice from Mrs. Rachel over the phone . Also I called after hours on accident one evening and left a message and got a call back the very next morning from Mrs. Rachel . Thank you for the excellent help and advice .
