Have an Airforce Talon P Carbine.The power wheel would only go up to around 7 or 8 so I called Airfirce Airguns. They said they have never seen that problem before. They told me a couple of things to try. No luck called back and they sent me a RMA. They covered the cost all shipping to and from. There policy states customer pays shipping to there facility. Airforce Airguns went above and beyond they covered all repairs did it in a timely manner. In todays world i just wanted everyone to know that this USA company stands behind there product and there customer service was excellent.

That is great customer service. I bought an Air Venturi Avenger Bullpup version. it came in with a bad regular creep issue and this is an issue that has been pass around quite often in the forum. They would not send me a return shipping labels. I guest some company don't want to acknowledge their issue or care about repeat customer.

I have also had less than stellar service from operations management at Air Force however they are an American company and I will continue to patronize them for that reason alone.
