Air Ventury closed ?????

Hi guys my nomad II failed on me a week ago after working for 6 months , I’d been trying to reach air ventury claim department or maybe customer service with no luck just a recording to leave my info but that’s all, if any body has any info I really appreciate it.

So everyone knows something (popped) inside the compressor it wasn’t to loud but a little scary. Thank you very much be safe.

I could only get a hold of them by email. It would usually take me a day or two to get a response.

ANYTHING from Wal-Mart with their 4 year protection plan is recommended.

It took about a month for someone to call me back. I emailed them the same day as I called and left a message as well. I never got a email response. It seems that a lot of company's customer service is way behind at giving some customer service.
