Air Venturi won\'t run

PA contacted me today telling me to check the fuse. I told them I had done that and was told they suspected the transformer and asked if I'd like them to issue a repair ticket. So I'm having them issue a repair ticket and when I get a chance I'll check the power switch just in case that's the issue, it's worth a shot.

Well, mine is still running after the fuse change. They, AV, emailed me and I told them it was running and will keep it they said if it messes up they would send a call tag to send it back, hope I don't need it.

They gave me an RMA, I sent it out a couple days ago. I drained the coolant and oil before boxing it up, the oil had sludge in it, I assume iron dust. I wondered if the motor couldn't over come the friction, but I figured it would've made a humming noise if that was the case. I was using the AV compressor oil they recommend, now I wish I would've used a higher quality oil. I'll be running Royal Purple when I get the replacement.

That's what I did, I used Royal Purple from the start. I guess mine was a fuse issue. Good luck on the next one.
