Not much of a springer guy, but it's nice to find one that peaks my interest. Might be tempted to try one when they get here! Got the info compliments of Hard Air Magazine. "Continuing our 2018 SHOT Show airgun report, Scott Stevens shows us the new Air Venturi TR5 Target Rifle. The TR5 is a new, Chinese-manufactured, youth target rifle that looks very much like the Russian IZH 60. There’s a side lever action, straight magazine and provision for front and rear target diopter sights."

I did some searching last week on this gun and found nothing more than what you've posted, Fuss. Peaked my interest as well, but maybe it'll surface later in the year. I wonder if we can agree on a new noun to describe guns that have been teased to us but then keep dangling just out of reach: it's a "gauntlet". Sorta like a "macguffin" in the movies.

Yes, that's exactly what it's styled after! Just hope that Chinese barrel can hang with the IZH barrel?
