Air Venturi, Pyramyd Air, Airgun Depot

Folks for several years now I have been stating that the first 2 entities in the title were separate from the third. I learned today that all three ARE now under the same ownership BUT different management teams. Just wanted to clear up any misinformation I might have posted inadvertently because of dated information.

Its funny though. Sometimes the same product can have a $50 difference in price on the websites and the other online store refuses to match the price saying we cant compete with that lower price. Weird since they are essentially the same company. ( im not complaining, just saying)

IMHO they should just fess up publicly (create the transparency today's buyers want) and make prices equal across their companies BUT they were recapitalized by an investment firm a few years ago according to Google search and therefore are probably at the mercy of investors rather than the one owner as in the past (speculation). Air Venturi should cease selling to dealers wholesale since the other 2 companies are daily increasing their retail competition with their dealers. Dealers cannot compete when all the AV companies offer 10% discounts to various forums and they are selling on e-bay as well. Bottom line is unless a dealer has a store front and an established customer base who has the urge to receive instant gratification they are probably doomed to fail. Ask me how I know!

Wayyy back in the day, 
I used to order from a company called "Compasseco"...
They too were acquired by Pyramyd Air Ltd.

I'm in New York, so when ordering, I use the PA site:
They're Ohio based, so, I tend to get things faster.
