Air Venturi Customer Service

Anyone have the key to get their compressor customer service to respond? Usual complaint of noise similar to 54 Chevy rod knocking and pressure no greater than 1000 psi before fuse blows. Compressor on 20 amp service so voltage and current not the problem. Fortunately, the Yong Heng always seems to work.

Just to let everyone know Roger from Air Venturi called and gave excellent instructions on what problem was and how to fix. Fixed with check valves and O rings that initially came with the compressor. No more knocking, and pressures up to fill 250 bar. Problem was the check valve on high pressure port. Spring had busted and rubber ball clogged fitting oriface. Thanks again Roger.
