Air Venturi Avenger 25 Long Range Pellets

Plinking with my Air Venturi Avenger .25 cal - 136 yard shots. I didn't plan on making a video, the plan was to snap a few pics for Instagram if I remembered, but the camera was in my pocket, so why not?

When the wind calms down (it was a lot worse today than yesterday when I shot the video) I'm gonna get set up right and go for an energy drink can.

I have found, at this point, that in .25 cal the AIr Arms are the best pellet I have used to date for long range. I have four pcp's, Hatsan AT44, Flashpup (wood), Flashpup (synthetic), and Avenger and the Air Arms pellets always out perform the others at long range for me.

Hard for me to tell but it appears you were shooting uphill....maybe 12-14 degrees...if so you must adjust your shot lower....

Nice shooting.

You are correct. Thanks for the comment. Yeah, that drops it a bit, it's more than 12-14 degrees, it's probably closer to 25-30 degrees on the angle, maybe a little more, the looks are deceiving on camera. If you notice from up on the hill where the target is, I am above the roof of my house which is two stories.

If I would have known I was going to try it on video I would have put a camera on the bottle, the wind had stopped and I wanted to shoot real quick, maybe snap a few pics for Instagram, then I decided I'd video it and I wasn't going back up the hill again, I'd made a few trips up and down by that point, lol.

I'll be back with a camera on the target, the target is going to be an energy drink can the next time around.
