Come on this is freaking stupid I sit in the holding que for over 30 minutes at 8:30 AM in the morning and I’m STILL ON HOLD There isn’t a good reason for this kind of delay

even if COVID issues everyone else is using work at home to cover customer issues get with the program!!!!

I know for fact that Air Venturi is extremely busy. Like stupid busy. Best way to get ahold of them is to email them. [email protected]. Our hobby has grown a ton this year with all the Airguns sold.

I've emailed Air Venturi 4 days ago with no response. I've owned a business with 138 employees and busy is very very good in business. It is NEVER an excuse

To ignore customers. It's just plain poor Management.
