Air venturi 90ci 4500 psi tank leaking air.

Hi guys. I'm hoping someone has an idea on how to find the leak and fix it? If I fill the tank to 4500psi and let it sit a few days it leaks down to about 3400 psi and holds there. This AV tank is the small 90ci tank. It has the male fill port on the side to fill the tank and the screw on valve and hose on the top to fill the gun. Any ideas would be appreciated. I'm thinking of buying some balloons and rubber banding them on to both areas to see if the fill up over night.

Possibly not tightening your main valve or bleeder not enough spinach on your diet?

Go with spraying soapy water everywhere everywhere everywhere after filling it to 4500psi then look for bubbles. You will need way too many balloons for that set up.

Its likely leaking at the threads at either fill nipple or hose connection or the manometer and or hose connection threads maybe even burst disk maybe shut off and bleed screws.

Start from 1:00 and DONT use locktite. Use yellow gas sealing Teflon tape and watch and follow instructions-

I have the same tank same problem .So I filled it to 4500 psi took they fill air hoes off and put the bottle up side down in a bucket of water.Found the leak coming out off the shut off handle.easy fix took it apart cleaned everything up .works fine
