I've been looking on Amazon for a air tank, some say (not dot). Is this ok for my guns or is it a safety issue or what?

It’s ok and safe based on a bunch of folks here on AGN that have purchased these and we’re good in giving us feedback on them, but the downside is you won’t be able to have it filled by a commercial fill shop.
Non DOT and expired tanks from the eBay are best suited to folks with their own HPA compressors.
Interestingly enough, even at the RMAC event I called a week earlier asking if I brought my own tank would UAG have a compressor there to top off my tank if needed, and they said yes, but only on DOT tanks with current hydro

Thanks Bigragu: you told me what I needed to know. I have my own compressor and I don"t shoot any shoots.I just take out some pest on the farm and plink,so this should work fine for me. Thanks again
