What aluminum bolts can I use instead of the carbon fiber bolts?

They are cheaper and wont work!
Start looking at the recommended carbon bolts and figure out their "spine"!
That is a stifness number derieved from the tube width, length, diameter and thickness.
In short it ensures that your air bolt wont act like a cooked noodle in your barrel.
There's no such thing as a free lunch!!!!!!!!!
You may get away with launching soft arrows from your airgun but they will scatter like poo from a cow!
You cant cheat nature ;-)

It’s not the price that I’m worried about. I bought a pack of the bolts and it blew the collar off of 4 of the 6 arrows. Thought there might be a better option out there

Cmurphy I saw A article on the forum and saved this information someone said they used this.
Easton Magnum 2219 Aluminum 22" Bolt 4" Vanes with Half Moon Nock - 6 Bolts at Amazon. But I haven’t tried them yet so hopefully someone can also help.
