You're showing 3 different "tools". Towards what purpose? Hex (Allen) wrenches, o-rings, & ? What are you trying to fix? That would help get your info.

You could make that tool with something as crude as a dremel moto tool and a piece of iron pipe from the home center, or an old socket that has the proper outside diameter.
If that tool doesn’t need to reach down a deep hole (it may?) then a pair of needle nose pliers with the tips ‘squared’ up may do the trick

I'll help.
Unless I'm mistaken, that's a spanner used to remove firing valves from 1949-1954 vintage Crosman bulk-fill Co2 pistol models 111, 112, 115 & 116.
If so, black-powder nipple wrenches won't work.
Sorry I have only one, and need to keep it. But hopefully you can locate one with my better description of what you're looking for. BTW, you need only the (one) spanner part, as you can use any number of things as a handle.

Looks like a stock removal tool from an S200. I used a modified large flat blade screwdriver when I lost mine.
