Air rifle store ARstore

Any body dealt with these guys?

I was looking for a CZ Aeron chassis for a Streamline I just picked up. Found my way onto this site. Huge discount when using Bitcoin. Hard to turn down a 450 dollar chassis for less then 300 bones. I searched to see if anybody has bought from them, no luck. Also noticed they still have the Ataman pistol, those things don’t come around everyday. Any body have any feedback?

Good rule of thumb, if they accept Bitcoin, they're a scam site.

Really suspect IF you read the "About us" page. Then read Airgundepot's "About Us" page.
Almost the exact same wording with just a few things changed!
And both in Draper, Utah?
Doing a 'Whois' is also interesting.
Then traceroute to get an IP address which once you do an IP location?
Ends up in Kansas! And in a freaking Lake?

Thanks for the advice. I’d never heard of the company, why I asked. I don’t have any bitcoin so I’m not going try it unless I had some positive feedback from someone who actually bought from them. Advertised price was slightly cheaper than UA, what really set off the flag is the bitcoin thing and them showing Ataman AP16 pistols in stock. Haven’t seen a new one of those in a couple years. Thanks again for the info.

Easy to just search the web for scam + the name of the website. There are plenty of places that are not scams, but you would not want to do business with them, again just search reviews(assuming you can cut through the BS spam reviews and recognize real ones). In this case, airgunnation moderator specifically put up a warning on this website way back in 2021, they were at the time using utah airguns storefront address on their website.

I looked at their site for curiosity, First red flag is wanting bitcoin, whatever the hell that is, No way I will go anything other than credit card inUS dollars, at least I have some recourse via that route, Second if you look they just show location as a state, no city. and If you click on about us or contact, it is blocked. My take, it's a scam site.

I did get a couple of AA guns, rather high dollar springers from topairgun.com, and at first got some iffy reviews, They did have a location, and I actually found a picture of their storefront, Better than average prices, and I was pleasantly surprised, I orderd the gun with upgrade walnut stock, and got one of the most spectacular stocks I have seen, sotha good It was not long until I orderd another. I think the guy goes by a screen name Dirt E. Harry, which is kind of offputting, but he is a legitimate site.

There was another Airguns-us, supposedly in Abline, Tx. that apparently hijacked a legitimate brick and mortar store, and I nearly got took by that one, but cancelled a credit card transaction before it could go through. If you look at ALL their testimonials the names posting look to be Asian, no English sounding names. Red flag for me.
