air rifle ranges in DC area

Umm, you don't say...pistol, rifle, or both ?
I worked in the Baltimore area near the airport for a little over a year a while back.
I know that there Indoor ranges not too far from the BWI. I recall ranges between Annapolis and DC. I think I recall an indoor range or two just outside of D.C. in Virginia.
Like I did while in the hotel...Google is your friend..! And yes, most all ranges will allow air guns. Just be sure to verify.

The NRA has a 50 yard indoor range in Reston. Best range I’ve been to. There is also a 100 yard indoor range in that same area that I don’t remember the name of.

Myrtle Grove down past Waldorf. It's not specifically an airgun range, but I shoot my airguns there on occasion when I want to reach out to 100yds. It's a public-land range, so you only pay $5 per visit, or $20 for the entire year.
