A question to anyone that has one or tried one....does it make any difference in the accuracy of the rifle or is it just for looks...????

I've also thought about one. Seems very much on the high side cost wise for what it is.
I love it when EVERYONE has to the "prototype" cost on a part, no matter how many items have been run !

On the FX Impact, it makes the whole gun stiffer. Not as much play. So it helps with consistency.

What everyone have said but it is especially noticeable with 700mm shooting at high power. Not as noticeable when shooting with 500mm at low power like 20fpe. If you shoot pellets at low power with 500-600mm barrel then it’s really not all that noticeable.

Utah air has them on sale. You should notice less hold sensitivity and if you pay attention to the reticle when shooting the reticle jump from the recoil should be more consistent.

Nearly every one of the Impact's competing in the RMAC this week seem to be outfitted with one, so I'd bet it's a good investment in accuracy. I bought the shortest version a few months back, as I don't need extra weight out front. I like how it stiffens up the chassis and components compared to the original top bar and separate picatinny rail.
