TIGHTEN the Gauntlet bottle snug. When Gauntlet tank totally empty do several FAST OFF ON BLASTS OF AIR FROM YOUR 4500psi TANK. Do SEVERAL QUICK HARD DELIBERATE ON AND OFF BLASTS to hopefully dislodge dust and debris. If that don't work degass completely unscrew the male Foster nipple clean thoroughly flip o-ring or washer around put back then fill first couple quick hard on and off till half way full then fill normally till full.
