Never saw a "airgun bullet" only pellets and slugs.. Would airgun bullets be regulated by the Alphabet org? DON

Nope they wouldn't as regular bullets are not regulated either 
What caliber and what are you looking at doing with them? Looks like a design that is working for you for sure

Here in Virginia, they are regulated. You have to be 21 years old to buy any caliber "bullets" or rifle or pistol that shoots "bullets". Airgun pellets and slugs are not regulated.

So you are saying that in Virginia 'projectiles' are regulated? Something that does not contain anything explosive (powder or primer) is regulated? Just a pure lead projectile is regulated? Sucks to live in Virginia if that is the case.

Component bullets are not cartridges. I don't think they are subject to regulation. It's just a piece of lead. I suppose there could be state or local regs that apply, but I've never heard of them.

Just thoughts ...
We're already kinda fighting getting slugs to do well in our average higher Power PCP's.
That of twist rate for weight / length "WE CAN" shoot at a velocity our rifles are capable of.
If not mistaken Slugs/Bullets of such length as your sharing with us are going to require MUCH FASTER twist rates as well POWER than our average ( As we are now ) slug capable PCP can muster

These are for the Air Force Texan with more power .308 longer bullet. Also I can make any bullet size etc.Just thoughts ...

I understand ... Tho if general profile stays similar, my statement still rings true.
Unless as they say you come up with a better mousetrap ? ( As in an AG slug ) the masses can use that works better than whats already out there

Unless the market sector your going after is pretty much at the fringe upper end of air gunning. Which is indeed a specific market
