Sucks to live in Virginia if that is the case.Here in Virginia, they are regulated. You have to be 21 years old to buy any caliber "bullets" or rifle or pistol that shoots "bullets". Airgun pellets and slugs are not regulated.

We're already kinda fighting getting slugs to do well in our average higher Power PCP's.
That of twist rate for weight / length "WE CAN" shoot at a velocity our rifles are capable of.
If not mistaken Slugs/Bullets of such length as your sharing with us are going to require MUCH FASTER twist rates as well POWER than our average ( As we are now ) slug capable PCP can muster![]()
These are for the Air Force Texan with more power .308 longer bullet. Also I can make any bullet size etc.Just thoughts ...
