Okay so I am sure it’s happened to anyone who owns a Texan you get on the range loose track of air usage or perhaps even on purpose shoot down to a point that your valve stays open and you get a full air dump on your last shot.
EXTREMELY IMPORTANT check your barrel for half shot rounds
I sold a 45 to my cuz a few weeks ago and this happened to him, he called me yesterday to inform me that he shot his Indian in the nuts( yes it confused me too) He has a wall tapestry with an Indian on it in his living room. After shooting the gun down to the point it dumped he brought it in hooked it to the compressor and started filling it.
what he did not do however is open the loading lever the gun popped and a neat clean hole appears right between the poor Indians legs into the sheet rock and lodged into the 2/4 behind that.
while all that was injured on this day was some Sheetrock and picture This could have been a very bad deal
Just a heads up and advisement I really didn’t expect that much pressure could build up like that but it did
