Just bought used model R0401. First PCP. Any thoughts

Airforce Condor .25 cal, All Airforce guns are very good and capable guns, I have the Texan .457 and it's been excellent, will be doing some Hog and Deer Hunting when I move to Texas next month, 

you might try out several pellet brands, unless the previous owner told you what brand pellet or slug to use, they are very accurate with the stock Lother Walther Barrel and very powerful too,

Hello congratulations on your new purchase. Air Force makes a really nice pcp the Talon SS was my first pcp and my co work is still shooting it today some 12+ years later. Very east to use, extremely robust (was my truck gun for years) not pellet fussy (loved Predator Polymags) . A must for the gun is a Phillips Pellet Holder makes reloading super easy. I've been considering getting a CondorSS - I absolutely love my TalonP and want something longer since my other "long" rifles are both Marauders. All my guns with Lothar Walther are fairly okay with a variety of pellets but I notice prefer 18.13gr in .22 and 25.39gr in .25

The time I have spent of late messing with a different brand has strengthened my appreciation of the AF platform. The guns are great as is and have lots of adaptability. Simple as can be and a cinch to work on. Congratulations

Thank you for positive responses. Will be using for target. Loading pellet same strange to me, pellet seems to fall in chamber, my other guns pellet fits snugly in chamber. 
Looking forward to speaking with Air Force customer service.

Some brands of pellets were very loose in my .25 airforce - rws superdomes in particular. Have you tried different pellets?
