Has anyone removed the moderator from this rifle I would like to do so without running the Moderator or the rifle?

I have not. However, I did watch some videos on YouTube where they removed it. It can be unscrewed. There may be some adapters that can be purchased with a thread protector.

I got it off that adapter does not work with the Qtec moderator. It was a real learning experience I will tell you that but thanks to you supplying the video I did get a look at the threads on the moderator. That was what I needed to get it off but I can tell you that it is a fixed permanently in the United States with some super locktite type of adhesive. I think the fellow or lady must’ve got into a big fight with their spouse because they added super Duper extra locktite. I will be doing a write up for other fellows if they want it I can post it here as I’ve taken some pictures of some of the process hopefully it will be able to save some time and effort for others wishing to convert this to a Donny FL. I know they have to do this to ship it to the US but oh my god what a job. Once again thank you very much and I did get it off and it’s all in good shape you will see in the photos when I do complete the task .

Very good! I was glad to help. I plan to leave it on. Besides, I am still a relative newbie and still @ the stage where I don't want to mess anything up.
